[Mageia-artwork] Simple CD inlay artwork

In preparation for Software Freedom Day I have prepared some Mageia CD's to 
give away, and I made some artwork for the CD cover. It is very simple and is 
based on a bubbles logo version by skiper drake.

I have contacted Skiper for information about his image's license, and I hope 
that it will be reusable.

I've also attached text for the back of the inlay.

Maybe some of you will find this useful for distributing the CDs.
