[Mageia-artwork] Artwork team lead elections

[Max Quarterpleen]

Next Wednesday is too long a time to wait, we need to get things organized
so we can *finally* finish up with the work we are supposed to be doing.

I don't particularly want the job of team leader, but if there really is
nobody else who wants to do it then I guess I could do it.
