Hi,

Here's the new Bug_triage page

This is not the triage guide, nor is it the Bug Squad page.

I haven't completely run out of ideas on how to futher improve it, but 
I'd like to have some feed back first.
Do you see something that isn't good enough? Please let me know.

BTW, Florian Hubold has done some improvements to our triage guide, 
(e.g. PRINTER ISSUES!)

but I still need to revert some of the changes I made about upstream 
bugs and add something new there, that part isn't good.
