Good idea. The triage guide would need to be updated, though, because
there it says we should close as OLD.
WONTFIX is more clear than OLD, though.

That is an even better idea. If it can be implemented, I'll vote for EOL.

You mean that if we can set the EOL status, we should make sure that
users can set the report to another version and reopen it? Yes, that
should be possible.
