I guess that forum must have a pool system and community must be heared at decision-making. I guess, too, that shoud have a Brazilian in director council with decision power.

I believe it has already been discussed and a board of directors will be 
set up once the organization has been formed. Then, its members will 
elected from active contributors to the life of Mageia on a yearly 
basis. It will assure both a quick decision-making proccess and a 
constant touch with a community - just like in any other democratic 
formation.

Personally, I believe it's the most efficient model to start up with.
