the idea would be initially assigning the bug report to
NAME at packages.mageia.org (which sends an email to all maintainers)
then if you want to work on it, you assign it to yourself, cc-ing
NAME at packages.mageia.org. maybe the cc-ing can be automated, i don't
know how bugzilla works.
