My point in those examples is that we can provide useful information regarding bugs on packages in software managers or mageia-app-db, but that depends on the information present in the bug reports, that's what I'd like this to be taken into account in bug handling processes.

I'm quite puzzled by this answer. I was talking about the impacts of bugzilla configuration on what useful information we will be able to give to users outside of bugzilla. Apparently this is off-topic.
