It's strange, i just done the upgrade on another box & i'll end up with a 
kdmrc.rpmnew in /var/lib/...
I also noticed that in fact the /usr/share/config/kdm/kdmrc was also rewritten 
(probably by genkdmconf which explain why i end up with a kdmrc.rpmnew)
