And you should have updated install/NEWS since your changes are
released to the  installer, not to drakxtools

rationale is:
- perl-install/NEWS is for drakxtools changes
- perl-install/NEWS is for installer changes
  (eg: new RCx banners. install/* changes, ...)

(some changes may end in both)
