Maybe you could use a new identity "taiwanese mailinglist" with e-mail 
address

i18n-zh_tw at ml.mageia.org

to report this as a bug in Bugzilla. I'm curious to see if you'll be 
able to cc to that address once the address is known in Bugzilla
