Ahh, I wondered why some code I wrote a few weeks ago suddenly broke!

FWIW, "-delete 1--1" also works to extract the first frame... similar
logic could be used to extract the 8th frame, but I like the previous
syntax better so will look into restoring how my old code worked :)
