Indeef I find usefull to know who submit what directly.
If I've short time to review uploads, I can focus my time on what
I think should be reviewed.
Then I mail the packager about stuff.
If it's generic enough, I cc: the packaging ml so that everybody can benefits.

My preference: 1.2 or 1.1
