Hi,
I was about to upgrade gsoap from 2.7.17 to new 2.8.1,
well i did indeed, when i noticed that the license changed.

So i decided to ask upstream and i've realized they don't
allow to ship gsoap tools (e.g wsdl2h and soapcpp2) and
source code.

In addition license on:
http://www.cs.fsu.edu/~engelen/soaplicense.html
is not very clear and Fedora should remove it soon.
I believe we should do the same at least until something does not change
upstream.

WDYT?
