Could you split libreoffice-langpack SRPM from libreoffice?

Like we do for firefox-l10n, kde-l10n.

This would mean thus:
- smaller updates (we see quite a lot of them these last days
  (not a problem per se))
- faster build of libreoffice when langpacks doesn't change
- faster build of libreoffice langpacks when libreoffice doesn't change
- ...

KDE has been a little far (one SRPM per locale) but firefox way is
fine (2 SRPMS,
one for sourcecode and one for translations).
