/mnt/cauldron is my mount point for the mirror of mageia.  The command is:

HOST="distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr::mageia/distrib/cauldron/"
rsync -a$1lH  --delete --progress --partial --no-whole-file 
${HOST}x86_64/ /mnt/cauldron/x86_64/

This only started in the last day or so.
