You should avoid using macros in commit msgs or at least escape them
(%mkrel -> %%mkrel) or use mgarepo to commit changes which does it
automatically.

Commit msgs "%mkrel & spelling error" and "del *.a" looks now in
changelog like "- &.mga2- del *.a".
