[Mageia-dev] ANNOUNCE: The /usr move cometh!

Hi,

OK, so the usr move will come very soon. In order to make this
transition, we need to manually build a few packages to avoid breaking
the build system, so while I'm in the process of doing this can I ask
that no-one submits any of the following packages:

acl alsa-utils attr bluez coreutils davfs2 db47 db48 db51 db52 dmapi
filesystem findutils fuse gawk gettext grub gzip iputils kbd kmod
libselinux libtermcap libusb1 libusb-compat lsb lsb-release ncpfs
ncurses nspr nss open pcre pdksh plymouth procps readline sound-scripts
util-linux xfsdump xz zlib

I will post more instructions in due course about how to actually
perform the update (it does require, for now, some manual steps), but
don't worry about updating cauldron systems as it will not be possible
to install the affected packages until the conversion is performed.

Cheers

Col
