Well, actually I'm sure it could. But why? All meeting logs are publicly 
available at https://meetbot.mageia.org/

I did send those links to the i18n list after meeting s there but most 
of the time, I just forgot.
And I think looking at the meetbot page from time to time isn't all that 
hard and can be done by anyone.
