[Mageia-dev] possibly important packages missing updates

I noticed five packages that look important, seem to not have been updated in quite a while, and might be unmaintained.  They are:

- prelink
- cyrus-sasl
- syslinux
- elfutils
- keyutils

All have newer versions available in Mandriva.  Hopefully some experienced packagers can evaluate these and update before the freeze if needed.

Other than that, we seem to be in pretty good shape heading into the freeze.
