[Mageia-dev] Banshee 2.4.0 security push

FYI: Not the maintainer.

Banshee 2.4.0 contains a security fix. I tried to include just the
patch, but failed to build it and in the meantime 2.4.0 was released.

Previous version (2.3.6) is a development version anyway.

I filed:
https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5025 for Mageia 1. I left that
up to the maintainer to fix.
