I think its better when packaging a new kernel release to patch
rtl8192 module to undo the so called "fix"

Thomas, as you can see, from the severall mails i sent to compat
wireless mailing list, this "fix" as proven not to be an improvement
at all, it starts to detect less wifi networks and it reaches the
point of detecting none wifi network (as described in a message sent
to compat-wireless ML), where in another machine i have here running
Windows (also with a Realtek wifi card) it detects (and continues
detecting) 6 wifi networks.

With all the tests i made running both kernels releases its clear that
continues being preferable to run without that "fix".
