The library with the old name (lib64gstreamer-plugins-base1.0_1.0)
should be manually deleted from the mirrors, it has not been
automatically removed since the name has changed.

urpmi offers both the old and the new one:

In order to satisfy the 'libgstaudio-1.0.so.0()(64bit)' dependency, one
of the following packages is needed:
 1- lib64gstreamer-plugins-base1.0_0-0.11.93-4.mga3.x86_64: GStreamer
 plugin libraries (to install)
 2- lib64gstreamer-plugins-base1.0_1.0-0.11.93-2.mga3.x86_64: GStreamer
 plugin libraries (to install)
What is your choice? (1-2)
