[Mageia-dev] Anyone know where /usr/bin/shutdown comes from?

Interesting, so I guess the feature was out of sync with the packaging
then as the symlinks for the others were included in packages and thus
would have resulted in rpm -V issues. Hey ho, time for a tidy up :)
