except that if this package is free and dependant on nonfree other package or 
content.

the moment this changes, it means that the old package becomes completely free 
without having any changes.

with games this is a possibility.

with respect to this, i would prefer it to be possible to have a gaming engine 
in free if it's free, even if there's content that is nonfree...; especially 
if it's theorethically possible for free content to be added.

it would mean that people developing free content for such a game (or starting 
such development) would not need to enable nonfree...
