[Mageia-dev] Update question about python-pygments

In order to fix https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7906
which is about the poor display of many spec files in ViewVC.

We need the latest version of python-pygments which has just been 
released with RPM spec lexer included.

This would also need to be installed on the ViewVC server.

The new version is 1.6 rc1

It is not in svn yet and I have not yet managed to contact the 
maintainer (philippem), although I have built it locally, and it's ready
to upload.
