after complete update, it seems due to plymouth working, it chooses the first mode from HDMI probe (which seems to be 640x480 (the resolution plymouth ran on?), right before 1920x1080.) the old log file has 1920x1080 as first mode. atm, i set xorg.conf fixed on full HD resolution.
