[Mageia-dev] Fwd: GConf 3.2.6

Bugfix release. This removes the sanity-check subpackage. According to
upstream it was not needed since a long time. I obsoleted it in the lib,
as that required the subpackage.

Only potential issue in this is switching to XDG. IMO good to do.
