Hmmm, I thought this was one of the problem guillomovictch was
specifically trying to solve here...

I think this is due to a stale symlink /etc/systemd/system/httpd.service
which should be broken and pointing at
/lib/systemd/system/httpd-prefork.service which no longer exists. Can
you confirm this?

The problem will go away when this broken link is removed but it should
be done in the %post script... I had a half-written %post script to tidy
it up but I stopped when I spoke to guillomovictch on IRC as he said it
was WIP.
