[Mageia-dev] Apache doesn't always like restarting....

I'm pretty sure I've restarted it already after upgrading (actually it
should have restart when it was upgraded anyway) and got bitten by it
today, so not 100% convinced it's resolved by this switch. But either
way, I'll keep my eyes open to see if it happens again (and I'll try and
strace/gdb the main process before I do the restart to extract some
useful info out if it too).
