In order to fix "ERROR: unable to connect to 'localhost:8000'", on needs to set
"(xend-http-server yes)" in /etc/xen/xend-config.sxp:

Last but not least:

- I've fixed qemu-system-i386 path in xencommons service

- I made libvirt daemon to suggest dnsmasq instead of dnsmasq-base
  (fix "Cannot check dnsmasq binary dnsmasq" error)
