The whole process will be
 - reduce the selection a little bit more
 - let community discuss the selection
 - founders / board will decide on the logo, taking community
discussions, artwork group discussions and marketing group discussions
into account.

That decision will (of that I'm sure) not be a real voting battle
where one vote more will make the difference.
