Hi

My preferred logos in order of preference:

I like the simplicity of #1, #2 and #3.  I think the simplicity of the
lines and colours is important, especially considering the logo may be
reproduced on various mediums.
I like the lines of #1, seems to symbolise forking and as such a key
principle of FOSS.

I'm conflicted over #2, I like the concept and imagery which ties in
with the name.  I also like the simplicity of the logo and the fact it
seems easily recognisable under differing colours.  However I find
that the logo feels to similar to the Windows logo, given the 4
quadrant design and the 4 colours chosen.  I think that this logo with
only one icon or with the icon in a single colour would be more
suitable and hence my conflicted thoughts.  I'm tied between liking
and disliking this option.  With a little development of the design,
this would be my first choice.

Well, that is my thoughts.
