No, since the focus is on graphical application ( ie a minority of all
rpms. For example, irssi is not a graphical application and so is out of
this. 

Not to mention that I do not expect everybody to use this ( ie, some
people would still use rpmdrake or smart-gui ), nor to have it ready
before next year, ( and deployed after ).
