At first read, yes, it sounds ironic. But not so at second glance,
given the different sircumstances.

I'd also prefer a centralised presentation.
We already have a blog and a website with localized pages.
We will have a multilingual wiki and same kind of forum.
All these may give extra room for local things.

But at the same time all existing communities can have their own web
sites for their extra stuff. What I'd want to avoid is two different
communities of tha same language and/or country.

Of course we can't force that :)
