I just went to http://www.mageia.org/en/contribute/. In the paragraph on "Donating" there is a sentence "We keep a public record of what we get and how we use it" with a link to http://www.mageia.org/en/about/reports/ which gives Access forbidden, error 403. That should be fixed.
