[Mageia-discuss] KDE startup time

Hi

(First, this is not a complain mail :) )
I was just wondering why KDE starts so slowly (compared to Gnome for example).
Is there any benchmarking that was done in Mageia / other distros to help 
boosting KDE speedup ? Maybe the KDE team also have done this.

And if you have any tips to boost KDE startup speed, you are also free to 
share it.
