I'll go to FOSDEM.

Usually hang out at GNOME stand. If next together like last year, I can
oversee both. Usually just go to meet people so often do not much more
than hang out at stand.

GNOME has an event box with all kinds of stuff in it. Demo of distro,
etc. T-shirts at least. Found last time the Mageia ones expensive
compared to GNOME (10 non-members, 5 for members), though price was same
as KDE (15 for everyone).
