There's still far too much guesswork on how this is going to work.
Interestingly, when I enlarged the image in that link I saw "UEFI
Secure Boot can only be activated on the MS 7800 motherboard once
administrator and user passwords have been set" - implying that it is
not set out-of-the-box.
