It would be more accurate to say that it is a rebranding of Seamonkey, 
instead of a fork.  The sources come directly from Mozilla, except for a 
few minor patches, basically replacing the trademarked icons from Mozilla.
There is essentially no functional difference.  Nor is any intended.
