Sorry, I nearly missed this one.
Now I changed "MII_NOT_SUPPORTED=no" to "MII_NOT_SUPPORTED=yes"

I measured 57 seconds - may be some small gain in time. But this 
few-second difference is still in the margin of differences I observe 
when repeatedly doing bootstraps without any modifications.
