Respect to the artwork selection

I don't know if some of this suggestions is already done ;)

I think the artwork selection process i think maybe you can set a
forum only for the interested , this permit vote the artworks in poll
dedicated to the artwork team (this include to the artist that make
the art).

I only mention to artwork team but consider permit to any register
user vote the artwork

If the selection of the community for some motive don't like to the
board, offer the board selection and the community selection too
