I just tested mageia-3-beta-3 installed to HD from live;
  works nicely installed to VirtualBox

sugar-emulator 0.98.3 x88-64 and task-sugar 0.96.o start with a pure 
white screen.
sugar desktop does not appear in either.

In Mga-2 DVD sugar-desktop works well except for Browse which does not 
start
Browse needs to be upgraded to Gtk 3.0 as it requires Gtk 2.0 as it is 
now configured.
