[Mageia-i18n] Workflow for i18n translators

Just a question: I'm in charge of translation of the documentation for Mageia. Is it available for translation?! Can't find anything anywere about this...

Short progress information
Nobody had time to dig deeper into the transifex system, due to holiday preparations and all thet.
obgr_seneca and Jehane will use the 2 weeks until next meeting for looking at transifex and compiling an info page in the Mageia wiki.
