The project was proofread in English yesterday, "invalided" is gone; I
suggest you do an 'svn up'.

For ballot http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ballot ; basically in any sort
of voting system a ballot could be the piece of paper each voter
writes the name of the person he's voting for on.

Or it could be the printed piece of paper where you put a mark next to
the name of the person you're voting for (in governmental election,
for example).

I think a ballot in Epoll will be a form where you can select who to
give your vote to (do you remember the doodle poll that was done for
"Cauldron"? it'll be something similar, IINM).
