The problem is that desktop-common-data requires menu-messages to build, but we
don't have menu-messages source in mageia yet.

I've created desktop-common-data translation catalog. Could somebody push it
into transifex?

For Mageia 1, i will push an update packages later, as long as translators
finish the icon translation.
