[Mageia-i18n] Meeting Thursday, February 3, 2011 + Alerts on upcoming tasks

Hi folks,

1. Meeting

Thanks to Jerzy's initiative transifex trining has been started. Today
the German team will have a meeting where TeaAge will report about his
experiences. Therefore I'd like to have a meeting on next Thursday
with main focus on tranisfex.

2. Upcoming tasks

 - May be there will be a Fosdem announcement today or tomorrow (on
blog.mageia.org) - this should be localized ASAP (Fosdem starts coming
Saturday).

 - Alpha 1 release is just around the corner. May be there will be
announcements within the coming days. Oliver and I will be on the road
on Friday and at Fosdem for the weekend, so we can not be online as
often as we want to.

I would like to ask all team leaders of the language teams to care for
quick translation of the announcements, especially for the blog which
is in your hands. I don't know what MarCom has in store for the event,
this will be discussed during the coming days.

Furthermore I want to ask you to spread the announcements about the
release to all possible media in your language area (news sites,
friendly websites, etc.) as soon as possible.

We want to make an impact worldwide, people shall know that Mageia is
alive and the cauldron is sizzling!
