Thanks so far. From this I gather that you did not have assembled a team yet.

Pls have a look in the wiki page of translators, the Italian section
shows 4 people (incuding you).

So the first step is to contact them and ask them to subscribe to the
i18n mailing lsit and the Italian mailing list (as soon as it exists).

The second step is to let them name a team leader and substitute.

The next step for the team leader is participating in the meetings and
coordinate any tasks within the Italian team and report back to the
international meeting or mailing list..
