Yes, I know. But this can not be avoided anyway. Even if you moderate
those mails the sender still gets a mail that his mail is awaiting
moderation because....

Well, as I see this kind of moderation is a job which requires the
right permissions, time and knowledge of the language. Meaning - the
respective language team has to be involved (coming back to the team
leaders) :) .
