[Mageia-i18n] IRC channel naming conventions

During the meeting Michael made a remark about naming conventions of
IRC channels which are using meetbot for logs.

To have a consistent system:

#mageia-<language>
is the name for the general channel where people discuss Mageia topics
in their language, ex: #mageia-de or #mageia-fr - no meetbot needed

#mageia-i18n-<language>
is the name for the channel where the i18n team of the respective
language discuss and hold their meetings. There you need meetbot to
log the meetings and copy the link of the log into the Mageia i18n
wiki page.

Please check your channel names accordingly.
