As simple as it was in Mandriva,
urpmi.addmedia --distrib --mirrorlist '$MIRRORLIST'
Check which mirror is used:
cat /var/cache/urpmi/mirrors.cache | less
Note that mirrors in Taiwan don't have Mageia 1 tree yet, you will get
a China mirror if you run that command now.
